To participate in the NJ/ARM Program, please complete the following steps:

Read the Information Statement.
Contact a Program Representative at (800) 535-7829 ext. 4 with any questions.
Have your governing body adopt a Resolution. Click the link to view a Model Resolution/Ordinance.
Complete the Account Application and submit it along with the authorizing resolution of your Governing Body to:
